Kookaburras. At night the glow worms and glowing
fungus are just magic. The
Glow Worms can be seen in several places on our
property just a short walk from your cottage and
can be seen every evening of the year"

Our facilities
include.......
Accommodation consists of 5 self
contained cottages dotted around our Barham Valley
bushland property. All are self contained open
plan living. Kitchens are fully equipped for you
to self cater and offer visitors the opportunity
the experience the Otway Rainforest, the Barham
River as well the abundant native flora and fauna.
Tree Fern
Three bedroom cottage and closest to the Fern
Gully walk and glow worms. You can hear the spring
fed creek trickle past as you sit and view the
surrounding rainforest from the comfort of your
lounge room. The cottage accommodates six people;-
two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third
bedroom has two single beds.
River View
Three bedroom cottage which has a spectacular
view of the rainforest and down to the Barham
River. The cottage has two bedrooms with queen
size beds and the third bedroom has one single
bed and one set of bunks.
Mountain Ash
Two bedroom cottage which looks out onto giant
Mountain Ash trees. Beyond this is the Barham
River. The cottage has a private deck with
BBQ and outdoor furniture. The cottage accommodates
five people. One bedroom has a queen bed and
the second bedroom has one single bed and
one set of bunks.
Kookaburra &
Gully Nook
One bedroom cottages ideal for a romantic
getaway or honeymoon. Kookaburra has one queen
size bed. The cottage has magnificent views
of the surrounding rainforest, which can be
enjoyed from either the front or back deck.
Children are not permitted in the one bedroom
cottages.

One bedroom cottage
$145 per night, $840 weekly
Two
bedroom cottage
$160 - $200 per night, $980 weekly
Three
bedroom cottage
$200 - $240 per night, $1100 - $1200 weekly Tariffs
are dependent on the number of people staying in
a cottage and exclude public holidays / long weekends.
There is a minimum two night booking on weekends,
school holidays and for the one bedroom cottages.

Two bedroom cottage $210 per night
Three bedroom cottage $265 per night
Summer Special
Jan 29th to Feb 9th 1 bedroom cottage $770 week
2 bedroom cottage $880 per week
3 bedroom cottage $990 per week
A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings less
than 2 months in advance .Please Note: Children
are not permitted in the one bedroom cottages.
