Located in the Great Otway National Park, it
is home to kangaroos, wallabies and echidnas,
the Superb Fairy Wren, king parrots, wedgetail
eagles and more. Two beautiful valleys converge
at Johanna Beach which you will find breathtaking.
The Johanna River flows through the valley,
and the Port Campbell National Park adjoins.

Your accommodation is located in a separate
building adjoined to the main house. It comprises
a light and spacious Queen size room with its'
own access, ensuite and views overlooking the
natural gullies to Johanna Beach. The heated
outdoor spa bath is welcoming at the end of
a long day, possibly traversing the Great Ocean
Walk, admiring Triplet Falls or climbing the
Otway Fly.
The room is equipped with a small refrigerator,
microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making
facilities including teapot and coffee plunger.
The tariff includes continental breakfast provisions
and all linen. Guests are welcome to use the
house barbecue and restaurants are only 5 minutes
away at "The Bend" or 10 minutes away
at Lavers Hill.
Your room has views from every aspect, even
the shower! Picture yourself enjoying breakfast
whilst watching the Superb Fairy Wrens prancing
around outside your room or partaking in their
daily bath routine.

We aim to make your visit memorable, so please

and tourist spots. Whilst you are staying we
